Although the owner of these blogs could care less about Philly sports, yours truly the journalist does.
Check this out:
The Eagles and Phillies are teaming up with a new t-shirt to help the Jefferson Breast Care Center.
The pro sports teams are joining forces to sell the t-shirts during the month of October, which is breast cancer awareness month.
Eagles president Joe Banner says the shirts sell for $20 each and all proceeds will go to the Jefferson Breast Care Center.
“The shirt is meant to be equally desirable to both men and women. It has the both the Phillies and Eagles logos and the Philadelphia skyline and the symbolic joining of those three to support this great cause.”
The shirts are available at each team's store at the games and on their websites.
